Areas of Support
Whatever brought you here, there's a place for it.
When your mood feels heavy, flat, or out of your control, it can be hard to imagine feeling any different. I'm here to help you understand what's driving that and find your way to steadier ground.
Anxiety +
Panic Disorders
Whether it's a constant background hum of worry or sudden, overwhelming panic, anxiety is exhausting and treatable. Together, we'll build real tools to help your mind and body feel safe again.
Depression +
Mood Disorders
Chronic Pain + Illness
Living with chronic pain or illness touches far more than the body. It affects your identity, your relationships, and your sense of what's possible. Therapy can be a meaningful part of learning to live well alongside it.
A Special Note
on Perinatal Support
This work is close to my heart. I offer warm, specialized support for every part of the perinatal journey — including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal OCD, bipolar disorder in the perinatal period, birth trauma, reproductive loss, and fertility counseling for individuals, couples, LGBTQ+ families, and single parents.
My Approach
I hold dual master's degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University and have spent over six years working with people in New York City and Portland, Maine. My approach is warm, active, and built around you. I use evidence-based tools including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to help you build something real and lasting. Not just insight. Something you can actually use.
What I love most about this work is the relationships. People share things with me they rarely share anywhere else — and it's an honor every time.
I show up as a real person. You can too.
